Shipping Policy

Section 1 – Shipping Areas

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as US territories like Puerto Rico. Shipping times and costs may vary by location.

Section 2 – Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: 3 – 7 business days. Free for orders $50 or more; $8 fee for orders under $50.

• Expedited Shipping: 2 – 3 business days. Cost: $15 per order.

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day. Cost: $25 per order. Cut-off time is 12:00 PM EST for same-day shipping.

Section 3 – Order Handling

Orders process within 1 – 2 business days (Mon – Fri, excluding holidays). Custom items may take longer. You’ll get an order confirmation email when you place an order, and a shipping email with a tracking number once it ships.

Section 4 – Package Tracking

Use the tracking number in your shipping email to check your package’s status on the carrier’s website.

Section 5 – Delays & Problems

If your package is late due to bad weather or carrier issues, contact us at [email protected]. For lost or damaged packages, let us know within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work to resolve the issue.
